LearnX Events (LXE) does not provide refunds for cancellations or change of mind purchases. You will receive a credit for the amount paid for the ticket cancelled to be used towards payment for another LXE event within 18mths after your payment or you are welcome to send a substitute delegate for the current event you have booked, with the exception of the Awards Show Tickets for which there is no credit available. Dates and prices on this form are correct at the time of print and are subject to change. To receive the credit for a future event, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org no less than 5 business days prior to the commencement of the event. There will be no credit available for "no shows".
LXE will make every effort to ensure that the event and the program will take place as advised. LXE reserves the right to delete or revise items in the event program and will not take financial responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of program deletions or revisions. If the event does not proceed and is rescheduled you will receive a credit if you are unable to attend on the new date/s. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of the announcement of the new date if you wish to receive a credit. If the event does not proceed and is cancelled, you will receive a full refund for the registration fees paid. LXE is not responsible for any other financial losses incurred if the event is rescheduled or does not proceed or for any events beyond our control.
